Large Manufacturing Facility

Challenge

The most significant projects have been a chiller plant and a large campus including offices, distribution, and a production facility. The campus building contains approximately 250,000 sq. ft. under roof.

Solution

The chiller plant includes:

• 5,000 tons of cooling
• Extensive BIM use allowing us to pre-fabricate the main piping systems

The campus building includes:

• 2,500 tons of cooling
• 6 boilers serving a hot water system
• 12 air handling units with the largest being over 60,000 cfm each
• An extensive snow melt system
• Humidification systems
• Associated ductwork and piping systems
