In all of our locations, our team members believe in working safely

The safety of our team is our highest priority. As a result, Quality Air is the recipient of multiple ABC Gold and Platinum STEP awards.

Our comprehensive safety program includes:

• A full-time Safety Director to help plan, troubleshoot, and train
• A Safety Committee made up of team members from all departments
• New hire orientation and regular safety trainings
• Regular site visits and mentoring
• Weekly safety audits
• Annual Safety Team Meetings with a focus on safety goals for the coming year
• Team members, supervisors, and leadmen capable of identifying potential dangers and how to reduce risks while following OSHA and MiOSHA safety standards
